  Reply to my first question, but then no response after that when I was asking for tracking details. Item arrived later than expected and to the wrong address luckily I have nice neighbours item was as described.

  Seller sent the wrong item by mistake and the item I ordered was no longer available. But speedbird handled the transaction like a pro, providing for the return shipment and refunding my money without delay. Communication was excellent all the way through. This is, by far, the best mistake I've had on ebay. I would not hesitate to buy from this seller again!

  There are pieces missing in my order! Under the Sale of Goods & Supply of Services Act 1980, I am entitled to receive the goods I paid for & as described on the seller's ad. The package that arrived was from CHINA, not the UK where it was supposed to come from! Found hairs, dust & scratches on the pieces. Found the same item on SHEIN for 5 euro. I paid 50 for this! No communication from seller. Package says rx7, got a 180sx inside INSTEAD of the s15 I ordered! False advertising. I want a refund.

  They sent the wrong item. I contacted them & opened a return request. A week later, they responded: agreed they had sent the wrong item & would send the correct item plus tracking info. They asked me to close the return request as the incorrect item wasn't needed back. I closed it, & now it is 3 weeks later w/ no tracking info, no response to my repeated attempts to contact them, & certainly no item. And b/c I was naive & closed the return, eBay will not help so no $ back either. Absolute scam!

  Wonderful gift ! i bought this for my partners birthday present and he loves it! the seller was fantastic,brilliant communication and helped me change my order for a faster shipping option. Completely fuss free, i would 100% buy from this seller again 10/10 :)!
