    The two headphones I ordered were delivered to my address in about 48 hours from the time of my order. (I think I'm in the same state as the shipper.) Both items were still in original factory packaging, complete with user documents with the clear seals still on the outer boxes. I tested one and it worked perfectly. The seller executed perfectly and I'm very appreciative.

    I ordered the wrong Boss unit. When I got it, I sent a message to the seller telling them it was my fault. What did they say? Send it back for a refund. No problem. Class act and a great seller. Next time I want to purchase electronics, I will be back. Thanks!!!

    Poor customer service I purchased a new item and they sent me a refurbished item. I stated to them this was a graduation gift and it was scheduled to be installed the next day. They did not care there response was new and refurbished items are the same price. They did nothing to compensate nor could I order a new radio because there now out if stock
