  Item was despatched very quickly and arrived within timescale promised. Free delivery and well packaged. Authentic laptop charger works seamlessly and is not noticeable, which is all you want from a power supply! Very satisfied, recommend this seller.

  Well packaged and sent quickly, but a different item sent to the item purchased. Listed model number, photo and output voltage were all different to what was advertised ("Genuine Original"). The seller issued a refund along with an apology email which explained they had intentionally sent a different item to what was advertised because it would be 'better' for my machine. Regardless of their intentions/opinion, I do not think this is acceptable and expect to receive the item I actually ordered.
