  A+++ seller. This seller keeps track of it's shipments while being shipped! My package got lost in the mail and they apologized and sent a replacement without me having to contact them. I have had items lost in shipment before and it was a real hassle to get the seller to send a replacement.

  Had a bad experience with this seller, I ordered an iPad case for an 11th generation and they sent me a case for an iPad Air, then they took so long to respond that Amazon had already delivered the correct iPad case. Then when i asked the seller for a refund I was told I had to pay to ship the iPad case back after they already acknowledged they sent me the wrong case

  Great shipping, good packaging, item was new and looked very good. The Price of the item was reasonable and we were very pleased with the item and how it looked when we received it. Will order from this seller again if they are selling something we are looking to purchase.

  Great communication I got the wrong one they figured out that my tablet bought in March 2025 is actually a 2023 model, than they shipped me the one I needed.
