  Unfortunately the initial lipo battery that I purchased had not arrived. However, upon contacting the seller he went to great lengths trying to track the whereabouts of the battery in the courier system, keeping me informed of his findings throughout and very kindly sent a further battery in view of the non-delivery to-date of the first that had been sent. He is extremely pleasant in communication and goes to great lengths to help the buyer for which I am extremely grateful on all accounts.
