    Their ad says the product is new, this is a lie. Ordered my Ice machine it was used missing all instructions,missing pieces, bad business, I will not do business with this seller again. I texted them letting them know and all they said was they were going to fix the ad...How about my machine that you sent used and missing vital components?Even the box came with a return label already on it from another customer...just bad business, do not use this seller for anything..
