Tim e Jenn Green sono un team di marito e moglie che ha fondato Spark and Sparkle LLC nel 2016. Tim e Jenn si sono incontrati su un campo da pallavolo nel 2000 e si sono sposati nel 2002. Oltre a Tim e Jenn che lavorano a tempo pieno e gestiscono Spark e Sparkle, sono anche membri attivi della locale Elks Lodge e fanno volontariato nella comunità.
Spark and Sparkle è nato dopo che Jenn ha ricominciato a dipingere dopo molti anni di attesa. Una volta che il dipinto ha iniziato a vendere, Tim ha deciso che voleva trovare la sua nicchia. Tim ha deciso di acquistare candele di soia al 100%. Dopo aver installato cera, profumi e barattoli nel seminterrato della loro casa, sono iniziati i lavori.
All'inizio Tim e Jenn hanno appena lavorato fuori casa e sono andati a spettacoli di artigianato per iniziare a farsi un nome. Non ci volle molto perché i dipinti, le candele, le cera fuse e i gioielli iniziassero a vendere.
