Sparks lines was very helpful, due to the order taking more than 10 days to be delivered they offered a refund to me which I took. 3 days later FedEx delivered these with the newest ones that I had ordered 3 days earlier. Over all that in its self was a great of the seller to provide without hassle or problem. Thank you

It is missing the fasteners. I contacted seller to report issue, they were quick to reply and issue another new order, however I received the replacement again not in the original box and it is also missing the fasteners AGAIN. It is a safety violation to drive without fastener on floor mat. I am returning this item.
