    Exactly as described. Good quality item that seems to do all that was promised. A new item in excellent condition and, at the price, very good value. Appearance: it has all the buttons that the original unit had (unlike the offerings of some other sellers) which is very reassuring. Promptly dispatched and reasonably well packed in bubble (but no box). Would be happy to buy from this seller again.

    Very quick delivery, packed very well, , as described. The communication was good and the seller was very helpful issued a refund after we discovered not the right model for my cyclone hard drive. Recommended and will use again if needed

    great remote theres a lot of phonies out there but this remote does exactly as the listing claims and it does it very well. this seller is honest and efficient. had the remote shipped to me within a couple days and received no later than a week. very impressed with the packaging and the remote itself has no sharp edges and is pleasant to use. will purchase from again especially if i need another remote.

    Item as described - identical to remote control I got with my TV and works fine. Promptly dispatched and packaged nicely. Would just request to make sure postage company remains correct - item listing said it would be Royal Mail, but was actually dispatched with Evri. Thank you though for smooth transaction.
