    I made the mistake of ordering the wrong size Tefal plate. Returned it & got a quick refund. 2nd order unfortunately the wrong item was sent. I kept it as a spare. Ordered another which arrived in a couple of days & received a discount. Can highly recommend this seller. Will use again when needed 🤩 Great communication, very quick responses to emails.

    Excellent experience , I emailed the seller for help beforehand to ask if the fan would fit my fire as so many. Models I got confused , I got a reply within a hr, so ordered it the Friday, received it Monday ! Highly recommend il be using this seller again A+++++

    No fault of the seller Royal mail told me will deliver on Wednesday but did not it was the Thursday with no email to say not Wednesday. Royal mail let me down again and that's not the first time by far, anyway back to the seller fantastic Thank you A1++++++++++++
