  Product came as described and shown in the pictures. Shipping was pretty quick and free which is what ultimately led me to purchasing from this buyer. Packaging was good and nothing appeared to be damaged. I wish the response time to my questions were just a little quicker. Most questions I had were responded to in a few hours to 12+ hours, which wasn’t a deal breaker because they did make sure to answer all of my questions. Overall, this seller was great!

  Totally awesome seller. They worked with me to get part identified prior to purchase. The packaging was perfect for the cylinder head. It was fully protected on all sides. Cylinder head was as described perfectly rebuildable. Shipping was as stated and here in 2 days. Great value for what it was. I will definitely use this seller again if possible.

  Was delivered as pictured, with cables and all customary fasteners in place. Was well packaged, in appropriately sized box. Part checked out during bench testing and was installed and restored cruise control function. Good seller, good price, good part. Would by from again in a heartbeat.

  shipper was great packaging was also great they took care of how it packed product was as described when received looked better than the picture, value good, I would do business with spalding again you cannot go wrong with this company. reason it took so long had to wait for my mechanic to install it.

  This item was accurately described, packaged well, shipped promptly, & arrived w/ minor but correctible damage that clearly occurred during transit. I notified the Seller immediately & received a prompt response, who was engaged & willing to work together on a mutual resolution. A minor replacement part was ordered & the unit restored to its full function & use. With the Seller being excellent & professional to work with, & nothing but a pleasure to do business with. Highly Recommend!!!

  Item showed up packaged very well in a short amount of time. The seller was very communicative and answered questions about the device. They were also willing to negotiate for a fair price. I would definitely do business with the seller again!
