  Shipping was delayed unfortunately due to a color issue which made us miss the event we were hoping to have it for! But honestly I wasnt even upset because the seller was great at communicating. And it will have many more uses with travel ball. Packaging was perfect. Everything was as described. I just realized I haven't turned it on. Should probably do that then finish, but all in all seller was wonderful so I have no doubt if there was an issue it would get resolved. Great product and price!

  When I receive the bag. The bag was in excellent condition. The only problem I had was the inside there was two boxes but one was broken. I contacted the seller and they made it right!!! This seller was very efficient and messaged back fast. The bag is great quality. And the value of it was priced amazing. The appearance of the bag is in new condition like I wanted. They are a great seller and I highly recommend them!! (I will be definitely buying from them again)

  I had a little confusion between the description and photos. These aren't exactly what I was expecting although the photos were accurate. The product arrived in good packaging and new as described. The seller's communication was good as well. I am pleased overall.

  Communicated with seller prior to the purchase. Everything was exactly as discussed. Advertised as NEW. I could not see where the box had ever been opened. Shipping was immediate. Could not ask for a better transaction. Highly recommend seller.

  Says shipper was away on vacation until today July 28th. My boots actually showed up today at my post office July 28th. Super happy with the whole deal. Fit is perfect, new as described and price was unbeatable.
