    No problems at all, excellent transaction. Packaged arrived well packed and not damaged. Exactly as described for a great value, the cheapest on eBay at the time. Seller takes about 3 days to ship but this clearly documented on their FAQs, machine works perfectly and looks brand new. I have been printing since i received it last week

    Trotz extremer Lieferzeit weil das Paket von Frankreich nach Belgien dann nach Schweiz und wieder zurück nach Frankreich ging ,und wieder von dort aus nach Deutschland zurück verschickt wurde. Bin ich trotzallem zufrieden, vorallem weil auch der Filamensensor und der Halter gefehlt hatte aber sofort nachgeliefert wurde. alles passt alles ist gut ausgegangen. Vielen Dank auch wenn alles sehr anstrengend war! guter Ebayer mit sehr guter Kommunikation, reagiert sofort und hilft sofort. Vielen Dank

    The printer didn't leave the warehouse until almost a week beyond the arrival deadline. When I reached out, the seller was very responsive and worked to get the package shipped, but it did arrive 10 days late. Beyond that, the value is high for what you get. The Ender 3 v2 Neo I ordered needed a bit of work but is now printing very well. The printer looked slightly used but was in otherwise good shape. Minor cleaning and setup got it printing well. I would purchase from this seller again.

    Printer arrived on time and everything looks great - sturdy packaging as well. Good communication from seller, despite the time zone differences. Happy with my purchase and delivery, and seems like a quality product and seller!
