  Item arrived very well packaged and in excellent condition. Exceptional value for money as postage was included in purchase price. Item appeared unused and was in perfect condition and arrived pre-tested. Spoke to seller regarding compatibility with R965 train controller and received very helpful advice prior to purchase. On receipt confirmed compatibility. Would highly recommend this seller and will willingly buy from again if the need arises. Excellent quality and communication.

  The model tender arrived on time, very well packed and exactly as described. I really appreciate the little hand written notes; in this case "Thank you". I have to say that I find the sellers of model railway items on eBay without exception really good folk. The service they provide is little short of superb.
