    NCE excellent quality. Shipping time was terrible NOT the sellers fault. He and I communicated a few times. He sent it Priority Mail and it sat in a USPS station for nearly a week. Interesting that it turns out seller is only 20 miles from me. Should have picked it up if I had know first. United arrived well packaged but missing an outer packaging cover and seal had been broken but hit works as described in my programming track. Excellent value in my shopping comparisons.

    Works as described. Very good condition, very little dust or evidence of use. Very good packaging and sealed in a static bag. PCIe connector was provided with a boot for protection. All of the display ports also had covers on them. Very happy, recommended seller!
