    I was shipped a bad unit but contacted the seller and they offered me a refund. I would consider them a very respectable seller.

    TOP NOTCH customer service! Excellent communication! Seller shipped out immediately. Unfortunately, USPS took their time. Customer tracked it every step of the way & even filled a claim with USPS, after which time the phone finally showed up. Seller felt bad, but was definitely NOT their fault. They went ABOVE & BEYOND to make this an easy transaction. HIGHLY recommend this seller!
