    This is an "Our Lady of Guadalupe " pilgrimage April 19, 1896 Argentina medal. Shipping was FedEx International and was excellent. Packaging was well done but difficult to get in too. Item is as described. It's a good value for your money. Seller communicates well and waivers additional shipping costs on multiple items bought before items are shipped. I highly recommend this vendor and product. Chain and pouch in pictures were not included in this purchase and were sold separately.

    I purchased this lovely medal as a repeat buyer from this seller, and as always---just as described, arrived very quickly, perfect delivery---highly pleased. Even though delivery fee is higher it is an EXCELLENT value in order to have such a smooth delivery of a special item. Also, communications with seller were thorough and timely!

    we had a misunderstanding about shipping; I wanted it sent by regular post, the seller sent it by FedEx. The seller immediately refunded the "service charge" FedEx demanded over and above the duties. The seller handled the situation with great integrity. Thank you very much. The item is beautiful, just as described.

    This seller reached our they unfortunately do not ship to a PO BOX (uses FEDEX). I use a PO BOX due to prior experience with porch pirates stealing packages. I offered to pay for additional shipping expense. They were not able to ship via USPS. We decided to undo the deal. This seller was very accommodating and tried to work to find a solution. The communication with this seller was outstanding.
