I was right!! The item was sent within 24 hours of purchase and I am so grateful for the attention she gave in packing it. It arrived in perfect condition, exceeded my expectations.   If I could give an "OUTSTANDING" EXPERIENCE - I would! The plates arrived so well packed and very timely. I was concerned I wouldn't have them in time for Easter dinner, but they arrived even sooner than expected and in perfect condition :) I am so happy with this purchase and would highly recommend this seller to anyone!

  i have a small collection of porcelain, mostly birds, but this is my first Dresden purchase and I could not be happier! They are simply beautiful and elegant as well The shipping and Packaging was incredible and secure. To say they were as described would be an understatement. I think they were a great value for the money and I will be enjoying these for years. A+++
