    What truly elevated this experience was the seller. They were incredibly responsive, answering all of my questions quickly and thoroughly. I had some concerns about shipping such a large and delicate item, but the seller was more than agreeable and worked with me to find a safe and affordable shipping option. When the clock arrived, I was beyond impressed by the packaging. It was packed with care and precision clearly by someone who understands how to protect fragile items.

    This is truly a wonderful seller. Robert was so kind to answer all my questions, shipped the item out fast, and packed to perfection so my fragile gecko would arrive safely. It was double bubble wrapped plus foam and was in pristine condition exactly as described (and even more beautiful in person)! Great prices, top notch customer service, and you could tell he really cared about the item going to a good home. Shop with confidence! I will definitely be buying from him again. 5 stars all around!
