    Item was exactly as described—brand new, well-priced, and an excellent value. It was carefully packaged with bubble wrap for protection and arrived in perfect condition. Unfortunately, I had to return it because it didn’t fit my Dell Inspiron 2-in-1 7378. That was entirely my mistake—I had ordered the wrong part. Their customer service was outstanding! The representative I spoke with was incredibly helpful and guided me to the correct part I needed. I highly recommend this seller—100% satisfied.

    The parts came in as expected and as described! Packaging was nice and items were protected. Definitely a worth the price and it even shipped quickly. The package actually was delivered to the wrong address by USPS. I contacted the seller and they were more than willing to work with me on getting it resolved. Eventually I got my package.

    Arrived in good (used) condition, as advertised. I believe it was somewhat delayed due to weather but box was kept secure and well packaged. It was my first time replacing a laptop fan and it went smoothly. I had the choice of ordering direct from their website which was slightly cheaper but I'm paranoid about ordering from smaller websites. Seems this seller is trustworthy though I would order direct from them in future.

    Great seller. I had an issue with the original battery that was shipped. I carefully documented the problem and contacted seller. Seller shipped a replacement battery immediately and the second battery worked. Great customer service. The battery that was shipped was the OEM battery, the real things. Very pleased with the value of the battery. The battery looks new with no blemishes.
