    Purchased a replacement faceplate from Bob at South Carolina Fitness. Initial quote for shipping was over $100; that turned out to be an automated quote based on a box that was too large. Seller responded quickly and positively to adjust the size of the box and I received it shortly thereafter. Works perfectly and although it was "used" it looks pretty new!
