I was kept apprised as to delivery and date via the handy "track package" feature. As to value I would have paid any amount to get those pan clips because the new dehydrator I just bought didn't come with them. I contacted Nesco and they no longer provide them. This seller was the only source for them. I didn't need the dehydrator base, but will keep it as a spare. This dealer is great, ships fast!!!

It was blue( I had thought it was black from picture? And there were more interior scratches than expected. Overall, not enough problems to send back. It works fine , just not as “good” as I had thought it would be.
