  Seller was very responsive and packed the items very carefully. When one arrived damaged I received an immediate refund. Damage is always a risk with fine china so the prompt refund was greatly appreciated. Item was just as described and shipping cost was reasonable and fast. Great price too!

  I can’t say enough about this seller! They shipped the item right away, but it got lost in the mail due to no fault of the seller. During this time, the seller was so easy to communicate with- responding to my messages immediately, and worked hard at communicating with FedEx as to where the package could be and filing a lost claim. The package arrived 3 weeks after it was expected. The item was packed very securely for all that time in shipment and is as described. So happy with it! A++++

  Very responsive, had some pottery break during shipping, the packaging was great, fed ex broke 4 of the pieces. The seller refunded me for them. Great experience, sold what was described. Great value

  Holy smokes, I found a rare Weller bowl in a pattern I've been collecting forever and a day as the ole' saying goes. It arrived quickly & safely due to great packaging. There were a few imperfections as described but to be expected and the value was in the price that I paid. I highly recommend this eBay seller and would not hesitate to purchase from them again.   This was undoubtedly the best seller I’ve worked with in my more than 20 years of buying and selling products on eBay! He noticed an error I made and notified me, although it took him extra steps and time…thank you! The item was incredibly well packed (stained glass) and came through perfectly.   The item is exactly as described. It was packaged well and is a beautiful piece. A signed Monet Dove brooch was a great value. The seller took great pains to pack the brooch and shipping was fast.
