    The part was a perfect replacement. The item arrived 2 days earlier than expected. The item was well priced. The packing was great. Well protected. The item was new as advertised. Seller is one to trust. Definitely recommend.

    Shipping took forever. It must have gotten lost on the way. I reached out to the seller and told them how the item appeared to be stuck in the same location for several days. They immediately responded and said they would check with the shipping company when they opened in the morning. The next day, the seller reached out and said the tracking updated and it was out for delivery. I really appreciate how on top of this they were. I would purchase from them again! (The item was as descripted, too)

    The replacement was exactly what I needed for my steamer. It was packaged absolutely new and was a perfect fit. The pieces in the listing were labeled absolutely accurately. This isn't the most competitively priced set of replacement parts I've seen, but the new condition, the quick shipping and accurate listing make it worthwhile.

    FedEx SCREWED me royaly!!! Shipping took far longer than was necessary, what the hell was the problem in Olathe, Kansas?!? And, apparently, they are incapable of delivering to an apartment building!! So they don't deliver my package, AT ALL!! When called upon to remedy the problem, they deny responsibility and blame the "shipper", in Hurricane, Utah, and they have had NOTHING to do with this since Sept. 4. WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH FedEx? EVERYTHING!!! NEVER NEVER, ship with FedEx!!!
