  An incredible and professional seller. This is a prime example of a transaction where the item didn't work out as I had wanted, but the communication and return process went smoothly. The seller was polite, respectful, and understanding. There are many sellers out there that try to make buyers feel small with frivolous doctor titles. Not this seller, they make you feel welcomed. I'd do business with them again.

  was waiting for weeks to receive the product. never showed up. I contacted the seller and they told me there was an issue with the shipping and that they were getting it out right away. another week went by and the purchase showed that it still had not shipped. I had to cancel to order.

  there was an issue with the shipping, we have given the buyer full refund , and showed hin the receipt from USPS still gave us negative feedback.

  Rewind kit for my sony vcr arrived slowly. The kit is fine. Time to ship was long. Still I got it and I'm happy.

  The drum arrived in a timely fashion and was in original Sony packaging. The drum appeared to be new and we did not note any evidence of having been mounted or leads soldered in before. Once installed, it did measure out at 27 microns, which is less than expected for a brand new part. I think, overall, it was a good purchase as these parts are pretty old and it did get our PVW-2600 back into operation.
