  Excellent packaging, items exactly as described, seller responded to my messages in a timely fashion. Sent payment on a Thursday before 3PM but items didn't actually ship until the next Tuesday, which seemed like an unusually long time to wait to ship something, but I appreciate the care taken to pack the items properly.   I bought this laptop because I needed one for myself to deal with my daughters homeschooling. I ordered this one from sonomaresale and was directly messaged saying if anything was wrong with it to please get ahold of them. The laptop arrived quickly with 2 day fedex shipping. The laptop was packaged great with bubble wrap to keep it secure. I had already had my own charger so I charged it up and it works great! I will happily keep buying from this seller!

  I received the parcel, when I turned on the laptop turned on but there was no image on the screen, I wrote to the seller they suggested that it could be the screen cable I took to the service center where I fixed this problem and we resolved this issue with the seller. The laptop was very well packed I will continue to work with this seller. Quality of service +++++
