    Arrived Shetland and delivered by Royal Mail on 10th July 2025. Item was fully as described, well packed and arrived in first class condition. It looks well made and good value for money.     Unfortunately my first package went missing. I contacted sonispare and without hesitation, they dispatched the order again, the second delivery was very quick and well packaged. Thank you, great customer service.

    The first part they sent me was faulty, but absolutely NOT their fault. I sent a photo of the problem and recieved an apologetic message saying that they would send me another one immediately, which they did . Fitted that and it worked perfectly. Good communication and an excellent outcome made very easy by the vendor. Highly recommended.
