  The item arrived very well packed, unfortunately, when I opened the package, the item was scratched. The picture on eBay shows shiny brand new. I contacted the buyer; they responded within minutes and said that they purchased it new and did not think there was a reason to check the quality of the product and told me if I am not pleased to return it. I asked for a discount on the shipping at least, no response. This was an expensive purchase, would have liked the product to be new as described.

  A palette sold at less than retail price; & I’m taking a loss selling these. Sold multiples pieces of these palettes, ALL BRAND NEW, u apparently saw a scratch on the case somewhere. I offered a full refund if you wanted to return. But some ppl use feedback to extort money out of sellers. My first unjustified negative review after 1350 positive ones.

  It was great exchange, they communicated very well and was very professional. There was a small delay but they informed me and they apologized for the delay and made sure I was still comfortable with the sale. I definitely recommend this seller.
