  Very positive interaction with seller. The item was delivered quickly and was well wrapped. The item was a genuine high quality Easylife sofa protector. However the item had been used and was missing the elastic strap. Seller was pleasant, polite and quick to sort the issue and I have no issues buying from this seller again. Item looks great.
