  Excellent experience; I will happily do business with this seller in the future. This pendant was part of a combined purchase with matching earrings. Seller willingly combined shipping. The items were carefully packaged, shipping was very reasonable. Package was shipped promptly. Seller communication was excellent. Description of both items was precise and accurate; it’s a beautiful set I expect to wear often. Very pleased with this experience!

  Shipping time even with USPS was as expected and on time. The seller wrapped the puzzle in cling to protect the retail packaging, which was nice. Then it was wrapped in cardboard, more wrapping, and then in the final envelope. Way better than most shippers do! The retail box was in near mint condition. The price was good. Item was exactly what I ordered. I would buy from this seller again!

  Gennifer was exceptionally responsive to all of my questions. The pendant is phenomenal quality and even more gorgeous in person than in the photos. It was sent with great care and so much love that it felt like I was receiving a special gift from a dear friend. Highly highly recommend this seller. I can tell how deeply she cares about honoring these art pieces and her lineage. It comes through so clearly and I am so grateful to be caretaking one of these magical powerful pieces in my life now.

  The parcel came earlier than the expected date. Everything was wrapped up nicely and seperately and very safe ,so everything is in one piece and nothing damaged. Everything is like shown on the photos. Very happy with the purchase.

  Exeptional seller communication, including a lovely inspirational note! This ornament replaced one that had sentimental value to us and the seller reached out proactively to make sure that I had selected the correct year of the ornament (there are 2 very similar with different years). Packaging was perfect and the item was as described and in perfect condition. I felt the price was very reasonable and I appreciated the seller taking time to make sure I got exactly what I hoped for.

  The box was packaged perfect, wrapped in bubble wrap and paper. Shipping was fast.... Such a beautiful box, exactly as discribed. I'm happy with my purchase and feel it was a good value
