  A slightly disappointing experience, but not bad enough to warrant negative or neutral feedback. The order was shipped quickly and well packaged. However, the item was the wrong size. While that was disappointing, the seller quickly issued a refund. I would do business with this seller again.

  This seller went above and beyond in every aspect of our transaction. Professional, prompt and informative. In what was obviously a lost package by the USPS, seller humbly insisted on taking responsibility and took it upon themselves to not only make things right but made things better then right. E-bay needs more like this seller. Eleven out of ten will buy from anytime.

  It was a great buy! It is real and authentic. It was packed very nicely and carefully and I could see the incredible care. The shipping time was only a couple of weeks. I love it and it is in my room right now! It was written very descriptively and looks exactly as described.
