    Ordered 2 laptops. Arrived very quickly. Unfortunately, one of them had a minor issue. They immediately sent me a return label and I have received a good working replacement. Amazing service, excellent communication, plus 2 really nice little laptops for an extremely reasonable price. Very highly recommended eBayer!

    Reasonable price for used laptop, well packed and as described. Battery is 3hours from new so 30% of new which is still OK i guess for the price paid. Postage was adequately price for next day DPD delivery

    Item was as described, and seller was transparent with item description in regards to blemishes and battery life which convinced me to purchase the item. The laptop chassis itself was expertly packaged, ensuring no damage via transit which was thoroughly appreciated, on top of this delivery time was stellar, DPD Next Day is the gold standard! Device shipped with Windows 11 setup out of the box which was much appreciated. I highly recommend RAO-TECH, great seller, can't fault anything.
