Not only did the items arrive ahead of expected time but they were extremely well packed to avoid damage. Communication was also excellent with notifications about my delivery times within no time at all. I had a problem with the inverter and they requested data, monitored the situation and found a way to reset the inverter. It is now working to specification. I would recommend PowMr to buy from and if necessary work with if there is an issue. Negative- Ebay censure seller / buyer communications. It is very challenging. Open exchange with a seller is lost. Bad sellers often don t reply, and provide no real warrantee or support. and I can do nothing else within ebay.
