  The description was incorrect or incomplete, depending on your point of view. The item arrived ridiculously late. The condition of the item was exaggerated, the quality was underwhelming and the value... not worth 14.65£ at all. The appearance of the item was disappointing as well since it was 3/4 of it black and white with only the last few pages in colour. I am aware that the last issues were not in the seller's control due to how the item was made, but it could have been mentioned in the ad.

  I have fully refunded you but your claims here absolutely absurd. The item was exactly as described. Late delivery is a fair criticism but the rest is pure lunacy.
