    My items arrived double-wrapped and in brand new condition with May 2028 expiration dates. #fresh The boxes were pristine and the seller included a free sheet masks! Shipping was quick!     I received the product 14 days after the latest delivery date, even though I paid for faster shipping. When I finally got it, the container was almost empty—it was not full. I contacted the seller, but they refused to give me a refund because I had opened the product. How else was I supposed to notice it was almost empty if I didn’t open it? This was a very bad experience, and I do not recommend this product or this seller.

    Although I was disappointed the bottle was broken, I'm VERY HAPPY with my experience with this seller. They immediately gave me a refund, without question. And the item came sooner than originally stated. I will be purchasing from this seller again
