    I would have docked a star for the delayed shipping, but it was fedex fault and not the shipped. Item came as described and was very helpful in responding to my questions. I would totally recommend this seller and vouch for their product!

    Exactly as advertised with everything working as it should! The laptop was packaged well, shipped promptly, and was indeed only used 28 hours making it an excellent value given its retail price. It's always nervewracking buying hardware used, but there were no hidden surprises and blemishes are bordering on nonexistent (excellent condition). I would recommend keeping an eye on this vendor's shop, since if my great experience is any measure, you can buy from them with confidence.

    I would give more star but not possible due to never received product and almost after week or so they told me the product has fault and not able to ship although they refunded amount but time is matter.

    Seller was very helpful making sure i got this before Xmas. I was feeling discouraged after getting less than helpful responses from other sellers so they really saved the day and xmas! The box is perfect for what i needed! The seller packaged it carefully and the shipped it out ext day! Very satisfied! Great seller!
