  I had an issue with the shipping of my item. FedEx lost my package somewhere. I contacted the seller and they were absolutely WONDERFUL! They messaged me back within an hour and had opened a claim with FedEx. By the following day, they had already found out what happened and shipped me a replacement of my item. They were very polite and super helpful!! Absolutely amazing!!!

  I'm quite sure this isn't a seller problem. however this is the only option I've been given to attempt to relay my feedback, The seller did NOTHING wrong. However, FedEx f***ked everything up, up to and including sending me a picture of the delivery confirmation that showed a house that clearly was not my house. I know where I live, I know what my house looks like. Upon contacting FedEx several times to correct this error, I was basically told that I could go bang myself with a stachel of dicks
