    Listed as region free but it is not. Contacted seller that I would rather have a partial refund than the hassle of taking back out of my setup and repacking and returning and seller finally agreed to a partial refund. Took a week and me contacting the seller twice (seller says he has been sick) but finally got a partial refund and seller added to the initial amount for the delay, which I appreciate and feel is more appropriate than the initial offer. Otherwise, so far, the player works fine.

    Blue ray player was as described, in great shape at a good price. Packing was so so but it arrived ok and works well. Would recommend the seller as he did what he said he would do and described the player well and accurately.

    The seller clearly indicated that there were no instructions and couldn't be sure all parts were included. Fortunately, I had the instruction manual / blueprints for the build. It appears that all the parts present, with only a couple of minor damaged ones that are easily replaceable. The package came in the original box, with multiple layers of clear cellophane wrap. It arrived safe and sound. I suppose maybe the postal workers kept it right side up that way. Overall positive experience.
