  The rotor arrived quickly and well-packed, a spring clip to attach the rotor was missing, after a message to the seller, the purchase amount was largely refunded, and I could keep the rotor. so five stars for this seller.

  Seller unlawfully and unethically cancelled the sale after I had won this clock at auction and paid for it. First lame excuse was problem with my shipping address. In fact, I have been on Ebay for 22 years. Second lame excuse was "unable to find a box." In fact, any UPS Store or similar business could do it. The real reason? Unhappy with price? Sold elsewhere for more money? I don't know. Do not patronize.
