  Product as described, brand new, well packed, but it took ages to get the parcel and there was no information from the seller about delay and no tracking, so I was confused why it takes so long. Product purchased on 29th of January and while estimated delivery was between Mon, 03 Feb - Sat, 08 Feb, I received this parcel on 21 Feb. There's room for improvement.

  Very pleased with seller for delivery on time and communications. Dvds box set were brand new and sealed and in new condition. Product was for English / German market but all language was written in German. I did not notice this on the promo photo but that was my fault for not looking close enough - so cannot fault seller.

  Great second series of this Ruth Jones drama, if there weas a third series I'd buy it pronto but sadly there isn't. Fast secure delivery from this first time buying experience with this seller, price for DVD in original sealed packaging. Price unbeatable, many others asking inflated prices for used DVD's.

  **TIME WASTER - AVOID** Sent an offer for the item that was accepted, item mark as dispatched. Never arrived. Opened a case with ebay, item eventually sent and arrived. Item not as described, looked like it had been used everyday since the 1940's. Shrink wrapped, badly, by the seller and nowhere near 'mint condition'. Zero communication from the seller. Requested a refund and returning the item. Absolute muppet.

  The CD arrived in very good time and was exactly as the seller had described. It was well wrapped and as soon as I opened the package, I could tell that the cd was brand new and in top rate condition and both the appearance of both cd's and its case and the quality were top rate and it was great value for money and I would definitely buy from the seller again
