  Got in touch with seller and they offered to expedite postage to next day delivery. They were very fast and positive with they’re feedback too The item represents excellent value for money and came secure package to prevent damage. It was a lovely item as described Overall could not fault the buying experience and would definitely buy from this seller again

  Brilliant !! Item arrived today in excellent condition - Seller thoughtfully took the time and made the effort to wrap this fragile item in enough protective wrapping to ensure its was transported safely. Item was as described and arrived sooner than expected !! I highly recommend this seller !!

  I would give more stars if I could. This was an incredible experience. I asked the seller to ship it asap as it is a surprise gift for my granddaughter who was visiting the expected delivery week. It arrived on time, in great condition, exactly as described. The reaction she had seeing this doll was priceless and caught on video. A moment we will treasure thanks to the great service and help from the seller! Worth every penny.

  The seller’s courier Evri messed up big time, by delivering to the wrong door number, eventually declaring the package as lost. The seller acted fairly and refunded the purchase. Communication was responsive throughout. Sorry it’s ended this way, but thank you all the same.
