  Computer was shipped with an insufficient amount of packing material. I could feel it easily through the box. Fortunately, it didn't seem to be damaged. Item shipped was not exactly what was described. It was shipped with a k5200 instead of an m5000, which is a big difference. Cpus were also 2640 v4 and not v3 which is a minor difference. System is working well and passed all tests. Seller did not respond when I tried to contact them.

  Item as described - had an issue with a locked bios and the seller was able to provide instructions to remove the password and reset the device. Would buy from them again!

  The product is good the delivery not so much. The seller was out of one of the three inks ordered. However they did not inform me. So when the package arrived, they only had two I had to contact them to find out what the situation was. They informed me that the last item would be shipping separate to me from their source. it took about 4 more days for it to arrive. I really needed the inks for a project that I had to delay. If he would had informed at purchase it would have been nice.
