I purchased an skinmedica neck cream from them and immediately realized the prod inside was not right as I have bought skinmedica before off the skinmedica website on several occasions. After I brought it to the sellers attention and provided pictures, they gave me the run around. I also contacted eBay and skinmedica about this issue.
