  My bowl arrived with a small chip. The packaging was very good, I suspect it was handled roughly during shipping. I sent pictures to the seller immediately and they were very responsive and understanding, issued a refund immediately. I would absolutely buy from this seller again, grateful for their responsiveness. Still gave 5 stars since the item wasn’t broken before shipping.

  Mugs arrived exactly as described "in pristine condition." Packaged to survive a fall from the Empire State Building. Package even included a handwritten thankyou note. Nice. Low scores for shipping cost and time are not the Seller's fault. USPS to blame. Whitefish Pottery closed shop, but their products survive. So happy that we found this listing. Thank YOU!
