    Seller was very responsive while dealing with a shipping issue. Item was not tracked properly by USPS and was not delivered. Seller was aware of the issue, and promptly refunded my purchase. Very kind interactions. *** If you offer fedex or ups shipping I would happily pay $10-15 for future purchases***

    Beautiful vintage mugs. Three were damaged in shipping. I contacted the Seller and was immediately offered a very fair credit for the damaged mugs. Very professional and the Seller was concerned with customer satisfaction and wanted to make things right. This is the type of Seller you want to do business with.
