  Good price, shipping included, packing could have been better as the thin card stock tea box didn't stand a chance at retaining it's structural integrity when packed loosely in plastic shipping bag. Tea bags were unharmed.

  Item was sold as “used” when it is actually new in the box. It was sold as used because the seller opened the box I guess, but in my opinion it’s brand new, warranty card, instructions , etc., like buying it of the shelf but at a used price. Sooo, THANK YOU VERY MUCH! Also packaged VERY WELL TOO!
