  They have sent a different trim to the one advertised? The one advertised was 1, and the one received is 4, and it is more scuffed. I have contacted the seller and have been informed that "All 4 sold on the same weekend I must have got your muddled up with somebody else’s. Sorry about that".

  Sorry you are unhappy with the purchase we try and take accurate photos of all our items showing any scratches or marks. We offer a 30 day return policy on all items purchased however you decided to keep the item even after we offered to return for free for a full refund. Not sure what else you wanted from us?

  Had some issues with delivery (Royal Mail’s fault, no fault of the seller). The seller helped me get my item despite this, whilst being very helpful and polite.
