  Brilliant customer service. I was contacted the same day that I placed my order to confirm whether I had ordered the correct part. I had not and was advised which part I needed. The correct part was actually a little more expensive but my offer to pay the difference was refused. The part arrived very well packed and very quickly.   Fast delivery and competitive price, great service! The element is now installed and working, will see if it lasts, but so far so good after 2 days. The item came without any original packaging, but the seller had made sure it was very well wrapped and protected. Thanks.

  My oven’s door catch was broken and I bought from this seller. He even gave me free screws as the latch don’t come with it which is fantastic! The delivery was fast as well. Upon receiving the item, I am having difficulties putting up the item to my oven and I tried to message the seller to ask for help and suprisingly he helped me and gave me tips on how to put it up!! I am just incredibly happy that he helped me and I was able to successfully put it up myself. Highly recommended seller!!

  Arrived on time and well packaged and is a great price, however I needed to return as I had miss diagnosed the fault with my oven, no fault of there's sent back no problem and received my refund. Wouldn't hesitate to use this company in the future.
