    I have received a cd recorder I purchase from the seller and when I received it it would not work I notify the sender right away and let them know what’s wrong with the cd recorder and they apologise and told me they would give me a full refund and to keep the cd recorder, I want to thank the seller for their honesty and not letting me ship the unit back, I would continue to buy from the seller and continue to shop with eBay. Thank you.

    Seller went above and beyond to help with a shipping request. Item showed up in good packaging and was as described. Shipping was fast. Would definitely recommend this seller and will shop with them again if given the chance.

    Wow! Outstanding eBay experience! Purchase made Friday at noon. Items were securely packaged and shipped same day and delivered before noon on Monday via FedEx Home Delivery. Prior to purchase, seller immediately responded to a question asked and even supplied an additional photo. Items received were in new, unused, and working condition, as advertised, with the full complement of cables, adapters, manuals, etc. I would not hesitate to deal with Smart-Plus-Electronics in the future. Thank you!!

    The amp when I received it did not work because FedEx broke it in shipping so the seller refunded my money,he's a very good seller but there's notuch I can say about FedEx,thank you though for the refund and fast shipping I just wish FedEx is more careful because I need a amp for a up and coming gig,FedEx ruined my day.
