    I ordered a pair of Sonoff S31 Lite not knowing the different between a S31 Lite and a S31. I wanted the power monitor feature of the S31. I contacted Sonoff Specialty Shop and they authorized a return. I received a refund with a day of when USPS tracking said it was delivered. I am pleased with the way they handled the transaction.

    A very good and positive experience with this seller. He contacted me on his own initiative when he saw that the package was slightly delayed and suggested a few solutions to the problem. He tracked the shipment the entire time and was there for support. All praise and recommendations for the seller.

    These are great quality. I received them in good condition. Buying multiple was a good value. The seller was promptly notifying me with a small shipping issue that delayed it a few days, and then followed up to make sure I received it and was happy.

    There was a minor shipping snag that was the fault of the Postal Service and not the seller. The seller was very proactive in letting me know about the issue and following up with messages whenever there was a tracking update. High marks!
